Feel the power of nature and get closer to life
in the Wadden Sea’s dynamic ecosystem as the
spectacular open-air art exhibition Wadden Tide
returns in 2026. Under the title Bringing In The
Tide, this year’s exhibition offers stunning and
unforgettable experiences of the tides, sand,
and wind with site-specific works by renowned
contemporary artists from Denmark and the
Nordic region. On the mudflats, along the coast,
and in the marshes, visitors can experience nature
through installations, performances, walks, workshops, and conversations that inspire reflection
and new insights into humanity’s coexistence with
nature. Bringing In The Tide offers experiences
for all ages – already from May leading up to the
grand opening on 22 August 2026.
