Go to Jylland’s Park Zoo for a great
experience for the whole family. The park
is located near Haunstrup about 10 km from
Herning and was established in 1969. This is a
popular attraction and probably Denmark’s
cosiest zoo, where you can get really close to
over 350 animals from all over the world. You
can watch the penguin feeding, the fur seal
show, or try holding a tiger python.

Fun for the kids
At Jyllands Park Zoo there are plenty of play
areas with swings, sandboxes, climbing
frames, and a cute miniature town with
beautiful playhouses.
If there’s a little adventurer hidden in your
kid, he or she will love sailing the zoo lake,
riding the train around the park, or going
horseback riding on a sweet little pony. Our
small carnival with carousels and miniature
cars, or our 689 m2 bouncy pillow are sure to
be a hit as well.
