The town aims to be the “town of elves,” and
there are lots and lots of elves—including 293
handmade elves—in the town in the run-up
to Christmas. The spire of the old town hall is
also dressed in red and white with Europe's
largest elf hat, which is 8 m high and 24 m
in circumference. Come and experience the
sleigh, the giant Christmas mailbox, and lots
of other free Christmas fun.
