On the narrow strip of land between the sea and
the fjord, kilometres of cycle paths wind through
a blooming carpet of heather, while the easily
recognisable sea beacons take aim at the sky.
But if we are to make a travel recommendation,
it would be to treat yourself to a detour. Take a
day out of the programme, move against the
current – in the other direction – on a journey
to micro-adventures. The West Coast is space
and freedom, so why not go off-road and enjoy
a breathing space away from the beaten track.
